Shenzhen Premier Plast, Established in 2005, It’s an leading manufacturer specialized in corrugated plastic sheet or polypropelene sheet in Shenzhen city, China. Currently, we Shenzhen Plant have 7 sets of extrude lines, our annual production capacity up to 10,000 tons
Our new production base in Huizhou is set to commence operations in 2026. It will be equipped with 11 modern production lines, boosting our overall capacity to five times the current level. The facility, spanning 35,000 sqm.

Corona treatments
In order to react with inks and adhesives they must be subjected to an in-line electrical process called CORONA TREATMENT.
Levels are specified in the units called dynes.
The minimum level of 52 dynes allows for adhesion of standard ink systems including – solvent, UV cure, flexographic, catalysed water base and lettering enamels.
