Color Matching Process

Die-cutting
Once the die is produced, it can be used repeatedly to manufacture precision-cut products from Premier Plast corrugated plastic sheets efficiently and consistently. Compared with other corrugated plastic cutting methods, die cutting is often a more economical solution, especially for medium- to high-volume production.
Reusable die-cut boxes, containers, and bins also help businesses reduce packaging costs while supporting a more sustainable alternative to single-use packaging materials.
